Findings
On two separate occasions in 2017 and 2018, Alleged Perpetrator #5 (AP5) accepted money from the Alleged Victim (AV), totaling $18,000.00. AP5's action's are a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes financial abuse. The facility failed to protect the resident from financial abuse, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
