Findings
The facility failed to provide the Alleged Victim (AV) with information regarding protection of belongings and funds. The failure resulted in AV's ring going missing and money was taken from his/her wallet by an unknown individual (AP2), which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The AP2's actions are considered financial exploitation, which constitutes abuse.
