Findings
Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) failed to properly administer the Alleged Victim's (AV) pain medication for three days. AV was to get two pain pills in the evening and only received one pill, leaving AV in unreasonable discomfort. AP2's actions are considered neglect of care and constitute abuse. The Facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
