Findings
The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure the Alleged Victim's (AV) medications were administered as ordered. The failure resulted in AV not receiving his/her medication at consistent times for an extended period of time, placing him/her at risk of serious harm, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
