Findings
The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure the Alleged Victim's (AV) medication was available to administer as ordered. Between July 2020 and the end of September 2020, AV did not receive medications as ordered by his/her physician. Due to missed doses of medication, AV suffered increased tremors, increased mobility challenges and anxiety. The facility's failures are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
