Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) is prescribed Nitro to be taken as needed every five (5) minutes, three times for chest pain. On or about October 3, 2020, AV started experiencing chest pain. AV was administered acetaminophen twice with ineffective results. On or about October 4, 2020, AV was sent to the emergency room. Staff reported they were unable to find AV's Nitro so it was not administered. The facility failed to administer a medication as ordered, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
