Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) is service planned for medication administration by staff. AV did not receive his/her scheduled medication for three days, causing AV to have withdrawal symptoms and need to be sent to the hospital for treatment. The facility failed to provide medication as ordered, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
