Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to administer his/her medications and has a specific medication administer once a week, on Sundays. On or about October 11, 2020, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) failed to administer AV’s medication. AV informed AP2 that there was additional medication that needed to be provided to him/her, but AP2 failed to provide the additional medication as prescribed. AP2 failed to administer ordered medication, which is neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
