Findings
The facility failed to appropriately care plan and provide staff with direction on signs or symptoms related to the Alleged Victim's (AV) history of chronic urinary tract infections. The failure resulted in a delay of medical treatment to the AV, causing him/her unreasonable discomfort and placed him/her at risk of serious harm, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
