Findings
On or about September 7, 2020, Alleged Victim (AV) tested positive for an infection and AV did not get his/her medication to treat the infection until October 13, 2020. The facility's failure to provide a safe medication administration system is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
