Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for encouragement and assistance with meals. On seven different occasions, AV’S meals were observed on the counter untouched and often without utensils, which resulted in AV losing weight. The facility’s failure to help with eating is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
