Findings
The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system for Alleged Victim (AV). An investigation determined that from August 2020 through October 2020, AV did not receive his/her medications and/or supplements as ordered due to them not being available for administration. The facility's failure to administer AV's medications and/or supplements as ordered is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
