Findings
The facility and Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) failed to provide a safe medication administration system. According to documentation, AP2 stole between 56-116 of the Alleged Victim's (AV) narcotic medication and gave him/her another resident's anxiety medication in it's place, causing AV to experience ongoing pain and paranoia about receiving his/her pain medication, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
