Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) had noticed money missing for a while from his/her lock box and advised the facility. AV had a camera which caught Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) taking money from and envelope in his/her lock box. AP2’s actions are considered financial exploitation which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
