Findings
On or about November 16, 2020, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) and Alleged Perpetrator 3 (AP3) failed to administer Alleged Victim's (AV) antibiotics as ordered creating a risk of potential harm. AP2's and AP3's actions are considered neglect of care which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system which violates Oregon Administrative Rules.
