Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) missed his/her pain medication starting on November 8, 2020 at 8pm through November 10, 2020 at 8pm. An investigation determined that facility failed to have AV's pain medication available for administration which resulted in AV missing a total of seven doses. The facility's failure to provide a safe medication administration system for AV is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
