On or about October 16, 2020, Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) accepted and cashed a check for $200.00 from the Alleged Victim. AP2 was trained and understood about financial exploitation of residents. AP2's actions are considered neglect of care and constitute financial abuse. The facility's failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
