Findings
On or about December 18, 2020, the Alleged Victim (AV) had a change in his/her medication administration from twice a week to every twelve hours for 14 days. The facility failed to enact this new medication administration, leaving AV itching and with unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
