Findings
On or about December 5, 2020, the Alleged Victim (AV) was not given his/her breathing treatments two times due to the facility not having the medication re-ordered timely. AV did not suffer breathing issues, however, missing the treatments caused AV anxiety and placed AV at risk for serious harm. The facility failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
