Findings
An investigation determined that Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) neglected Alleged Victim (AV) by failing to follow AV's doctor's orders for his/her prescribed pain medication which resulted in the risk of harm to AV. AP2's actions is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
