Findings
The facility failed to provide appropriate services according to the AV's needs and desires. The failure resulted in AV not receiving assistance with dressing and had a visitor without being fully dressed, causing embarrassment and a loss of personal dignity, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
