Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to administer his/her medications. On or about December 28th to 30th, 2020 and January 1st to 2nd, 2021, AV did not receive his/her schedule medication. The facility did not ensure they had AV’s medication refill in a timely manner. The facility failed to administer AV’s medication as order, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
