Findings
On or about January 13, 2021, the Alleged Victim (AV) suffered seeping pressure sores due to not having sheets on his/her bed and laying directly on a plastic mattress, causing his/her skin to stick to the mattress. The facility's actions caused unreasonable discomfort for AV, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
