Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to manage his/her medications. On or about February 9, 2021, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) did not administer AV his/her medication. AV did not appear to suffer a negative outcome to missing the medications. The facility failed to administer a medication as ordered, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
