Findings
The facility failed to ensure that facility staff received appropriate instruction on responding to Alleged Victim's (AV) change in condition, including AV's increased care needs and possible need for timely medical intervention. The facility's failure to provide appropriate health assessment, oversight and monitoring when Alleged Victim's (AV) condition changed is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
