An unknown Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) wrongfully took Alleged Victim's (AV) personal property. AV collects rocks and gems and AV's personal property went missing from his/her room. AP2's actions is considered to be financial exploitation. The facility failed to provide a safe environment for AV which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
