Findings
On or about February 12, 2021, the Alleged Victim (AV) stated they had a sore buttock. On February 25, 2021, home health found a pressure sore on AV's buttock measuring 3 x .4 x .1 cm. AV did not receive any treatment for the sore from facility staff between February 12, 2021 to February 25, 2021, placing AV at risk for harm and unreasonable discomfort. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
