Findings
On or about March 2, 2021, Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) physically forced the Alleged victim (AV) to take medication against his/her will after he/she refused medications. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. An investigation inconclusively determined no facility abuse occurred.
