Findings
The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system which resulted in Alleged Victim (AV) not receiving his/her pain medications on March 5, 2021, March 6, 2021, March 7, 2021, and March 8, 2021 which resulted in AV experiencing unreasonable discomfort. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
