Findings
On or about March 10, 2021, the Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) took two photo's of the Alleged Victim (AV) while he/she was in some stage of "undress" and texted the photo to other staff and uploaded the photo to social media. AP2 was trained regarding this issue and failed to follow facility policy and failed to treat AV with dignity. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to assure resident rights, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
