Findings
On or about February 9, 2021, upon his/her passing, it was discovered that a necklace belonging to the Alleged Victim (AV) was missing. Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2, unknown) took the necklace, which is a violation of resident rights and considered financial abuse. The facility failed to protect the resident from financial abuse, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
