Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) had a known history of urinary tract infections (UTI) with symptoms being specific for AV. The facility failed to care plan and give staff direction to address AV's UTI unique symptoms resulting in a delay is pursuing a diagnosis and treatment which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
