Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to administer his/her medications. AV had a pressure ulcer sore on AV's buttocks. No wound medication was noted as administered to AV during April or May 2021. AV was diagnosed to have an eye infection. AV’s eye medication was not administered by the facility as ordered in April 2021. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
