Findings
Alleged victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. On several occasions AV was not administered his/her medications in a timely manner. AVs medications were passed late due to the facility being short staffed. The delay in treatment caused AV increased anxiety. The facility failed to administer medication as ordered, which is violation of resident’s rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
