Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to manage his/her medications. On or about July 7, 2021, AV requested his/her narcotic pain medication. According to documentation, the medication was delivered but could not be located. AV did not receive the narcotic medication and was given Tylenol. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
