Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to administer his/her medication. The facility has a history of not providing AV his/her prescriptions. AV’s lack of prescription resulted in a withdrawal; nausea, shaking and vomiting. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
