Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) is prescribed medication to assist with water retention. On or about August 16, 2021, the facility did not have AV's medication available, placing AV at risk for harm. The facilities failure to have AV's medications available is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
