The facility failed to follow The Alleged Victims (AV) care plan. AV requires assistance with hygiene as listed in AV’s care plan, On or about August 18, 2021 AV was made to wait an extended period for assistance, resulting in AV suffered unreasonable discomfort. The facilities failure is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
