Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. AV application of Compression socks, Skin care, and Bathing was not done on a consistent basis. AV’s prescribed nebulizer treatments were not administered as prescribed. The facility failed to provide services, which is a violation of resident’s rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
