Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) reports not getting a shower and skin care regularly, resulting in AV having continuing skin issues. AV does not get his/her call light answered timely and does not get regular cares timely, placing him/her in unreasonable discomfort. The facility's failure to provide services is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
