Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) relies on facility staff to ensure resident’s rights. On or about July 30, 2021, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) showed his/her inappropriate drawings to AV. After AV asked AP2 to stop, AP2 continued to show his/her inappropriate drawings to AV, which caused AV repeated unreasonable emotional discomfort. AP2's actions are considered and constitutes abuse. The facility did not keep AV free from mental/emotional abuse by allowing AP2 to continue working after being aware of the allegations, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care which constitutes abuse.
