Findings
The facility failed to provide appropriate services according to the Alleged Victim's needs. The failure resulted in AV being left in his/her wheelchair without toileting assistance until the next morning, causing unreasonable discomfort and a loss of personal dignity, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
