Findings
The facility allegedly failed to protect the Alleged Victim from mental or emotional abuse. Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) and Alleged Perpetrator #3 (AP3) on two separate occasions, made inappropriate comments regarding or directly to the Alleged Victim (AV), causing AV to have hurt feelings. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute emotional abuse. An investigation determined no facility or AP3 wrongdoing or abuse occurred.
