Findings
The facility failed to provide appropriate services to assist the AV according to his/her incontinence needs. The failure resulted in AV not receiving appropriate incontinence care causing unreasonable discomfort and a loss of personal dignity, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
