The Alleged Victim (AV) relies of the facility for his or her care. On or about September 29, 2021 AV was in pain and did not receive ordered PRN pain medication. The facility failed to administer medication as ordered, which is a violation of residents rights is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
