Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) is care planned to have a shower every other day due to skin breakdown. AV was not getting his/her showers every other day due to lack of staff at times . The facility's failure to follow the care plan is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
