Findings
The Alleged Victim’s (AV) was taking narcotic pain medications and discontinued the medication on or about September 30, 2021. The pills were still located in the narcotic drawer. The Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) signed out two narcotic medications On or about October 08, 2021. AV reports she did not ask for any pain medications or receive any pain medications. AP2’s actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute financial abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
