Findings
According to the documentation, the Alleged Perpetrator (AP2) failed to administer medication as ordered. The failure resulted in the Alleged Victim (AV) not receiving their scheduled anxiety medication causing increased agitation and distress, which is a violation of resident rights and is considered neglect and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to ensure medication was administered as ordered which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
