Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) was scheduled to receive pain medication every two hours. The facility fan out of AV's pain medication and AV did not receive 3 doses of pain medication, leaving AV in unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to ensure AV had medication available, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
