Findings
The facility failed to protect the Alleged Victim (AV) from financial exploitation, when an unknown individual stole his/her bank card. The failure resulted in unauthorized charges exceeding $1000.00, and went undiscovered for approximately 6 months, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. AP2 is substantiated for financial exploitation.
